This is to announce that Electronic Physician Journal, together with Mehr Publishing Group and Mehrafarin Scientific Publishing, will be supporting, and be part of the First International Congress of Diseases and Health Outcomes Registry and First National Congress of Medical Informatics in February 2017. 

The event will be a world class congress, gathering hundreds of researchers from around the globe, and with numerous keynote speakers contributing. The conference will be organized by Mashhad University of Medical Sciences.
