 Some useful information for our authors- Updated 29 July 2013:

3. The "Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts (URM) Submitted to Biomedical Journals" is incorporated into our review and publication process. Please visit http://www.icmje.org for more detail. You are encouraged to prepare the reference section of the manuscript using the standard introduced by URM.
4. The average review process is Four weeks. You will receive constructive comments from 2-3 reviewers/editors. 
5. Visit the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) at http://wwwpublicationethics.org/  and World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) at http://www.wame.org/ , Council of Science Editors (CSE) at http://www.councilscienceeditors.org/ and   URM at http://www.icmje.org  to learn about the publication ethics, review policy of journals, Anti plagiarism policy, writing the acknowledgement section of the article, etc.  However you can find most of the practical information in our sample article. Please click here to download the sample article.
6. Please use the abbreviation of the journal titles in the reference section. For more information visit ISSN website at http://www.issn.org/2-22661-LTWA-online.php and National Library of Medicine at http://www.nlm.nih.gov/archive/20130415/tsd/serials/lji.html  for further detail. You may also find the abbreviation of any journal in their own website.
7. Writing a great abstract for academic papers is very important. Please download our educational article titled “Writing an eye-catching and evocative abstract for a research article: A comprehensive and practical approach” from http://www.ephysician.ir/2012/520-524.pdf  and use it for your abstract writing.
8. You are suggested to prepare your original articles in a standard form. Please download our educational article titled “Writing for academic journals” from http://www.ephysician.ir/2012/474-476.pdf  and use it for your manuscript preparation.

 

9. Publishing with Electronic Physician is free for both authors and readers. It clearly means:  No Submission fee, No Processing fee, No Authors fee, No Page Charge, and No Publication fee. The Full Text PDF of all articles are available for free download.

Electronic Physician is indexed in ISC Master Journal List

We congratulate our great authors that because of their excellence contribution to the work we publish, the Islamic Science Citation Center (ISC) decided to index all issues of Electronic Physician from first article published in 2009. The journal is now indexed by ISC.

English Editing for our authors

English Editing for authors submitting their articles to Electronic Physician:
 
The manuscripts submitted to Electronic Physician should be written in English. We Suggest your article is edited in an advanced level by a Native English editor (American English).

However, the authors can use the editing service of any other English editor as far as the English editing is not just a simple proofreading and the editor have to be a Native English Editor. The author is required to ask the editor to perform an advanced level of editing on the article. The editor should provide the author a certificate of English editing as well.
